shrug, my guess is she's probably referring to that guy who always speaks of himself in the 3rd person. it is an uncommon speech affectation for real Japanese persons. but often used by anime/manga characters who are utilizing the archaic Japanese 'royal we' tone of voice/speech pattern. for example, "We are not amused!" instead of saying "I am not amused."
